1. Appointment Confirmation: All scheduled appointments must be confirmed before delivering animals to the Gibsonville facility.
2. Cancellation Policy: A 14-day notice is required for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee. Additionally, a non-refundable deposit will be required for future appointments if cancellations are frequent.
3. Drop-Off Times: Animals may be dropped off at the Gibsonville facility between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM on the scheduled appointment day. For Tuesday through Friday appointments, drop-off is also available the day before, between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Arrivals before 1:00 PM may be delayed if pen space is unavailable. Please note, Sunday drop-offs are not accepted.

5. Check-In Process: All animals must be checked in at the office upon arrival at the Gibsonville facility.
6. USDA Grading: During check-in, you will be asked if you would like your beef USDA graded. Please confirm your decision at that time, as this will be used to schedule the grading process. If someone else is dropping off the animals, ensure they are aware of this request.
