Pricing

Kill, Dressing, and Disposal (for processing)
  • Beef: $95 effective
  • Hog: $85 effective

Disposal fee:

  • Beef - $8.31 per head
  • Hog: $5.06 per head
Kill, Dressing, Disposal & Processing (Flat Fee)

Goat, Sheep, Lamb:

  • $140 per animal, if over 70 pounds additional $1.00 pound
  • Disposal fee: Sheep/Goat/Lamb - $2.31 per head
Cut & Wrap - Pricing Based on Hanging Weight

All products are custom-labeled for each customer & vacuum-packed with a USDA Seal.

  • All animals (unless otherwise specified): $1.35/lb 
Other Services

USDA grading of carcass (Prime/Choice/Select): $9.00/head, $30.00/head to grade and label if Choice or Prime

Beef Divided (1/2s) - Cattle processed as a Side A and Side B will be charged an additional $40.00 

Beef Bundle Program (1/8s)- beef carcass cut based on bundle cut sheet. Each product individually packaged & labeled. Products are then divided into 8ths. Each beef beef carcass generats 8 large bags of cuts and 8 bags of ground products. - Standard or Summer bundle Options) - additional $120.00 per beef.

Beef Bone Broth - (using a 3rd party USDA Processor) allow about 6-8 weeks

      Private Label (Customer's Bones & Label)

  • requires 200 pounds of bones (3 animals)
  • Makes 400-440 Units
  • $4.35 per units

     "Producers Best" (Producers Best Label) - 3 PCM customers bones are cocnsolidated into one 200lb pot and divided

  • Requires 70 pounds of bones (1 animal)
  • Makes 140 units
  • $5.00 per unit

Choice Flavors (Maple, Mild Xtra Sage, Hot Xtra Sage)

Meat Loaf Seasoned (Ready to cook):

  • $1.00/lb - 50# minimum

Hot Dogs:

  • $3.50/lb - based on green weight (50# minimum)

Smoking Fees (Beef, Pork) - based on green weight

  • Sausage $3.00/lb (includes any flavor seasoning)

Heat Treated - Not Fully Cooked

  • Pork Bacon - Slab $1.58/lb
  • Pork Bacon - Sliced $2.47/lb
  • Beef Bacon - Sliced $3.50/lb

Additional Fees

Please note, you may bring your own coolers to pickup completed product—free of charge.

If you prefer, product can be put into:

  • Small box (about 10#): $1.00 per box
  • Large box (about 40#): $3.75 per box

Orders can also be palletized for a fee of: $6.00 per pallet.

Returning hides/pelts to customer (need to be picked-up day of kill):

  • Cattle: $50
  • Sheep: $10

Pregnant Animal - $100

Applying additional label (customer's supplied pre-printed custom label):

  • Hogs: $15
  • Cattle: $30

New Customer Label: NO SET-UP FEE

Special Pricing
